The unique feature of the horizontal flow to reduce turbulence in the tablet coating zone allows for extremely even weight gain as well as coating quality.
AutoCoater' features standard Ultimix Baffles, which are known to maximize mixing efficiency as well as extremely gentle product mixing, thereby ensuring a very even & high quality coating quality. IPSONS offers a range of different baffles for special tablet shapes & applications or batch sizes, thereby allowing the equipment to be adapted to a variety of coating needs.
